In signing this agreement, tho owner(s) accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions which pertain to the boat, motor and equipment described on this agreement. I/We, the sole Owner(s) of the boat agree that the marina is released from liability for damages or loss no matter how it occurs to the boat, motor and equipment while under the control and direction of the marina, and agree that the above property is insured by me/us against any loss or damage while on the premises of the Marina. The Marina shall have a lien against the boat, motor and equipment for unpaid sums due for use of the marina facilities, for repairs and supply and/or leasing of parts and accessories or for damage caused or contributed by the boat or by the owner(s) to any docks or property of the marina, or any other pserson on the marina premises. Inaddition to the liens provided for, the marina shall have liens under the Repair and Storage Liens Act 1989 (Ontario) or such other replacement or successor statutes.
It is expreessly acknowledged that this Winter Storage Agreement shall create a license agreement between the Marina and the Owner(s), wherein the owner(s) is licensed to use the storage speace and area, from time to time designated by the Marina, for the winter storage of the owner(s) boat. The owner(s) agrees that the marina does not assume any duty to care for the boat or to prevent loss or damage thereto except when the Marina performs work on the boat.

Payment in full due upon receipt. Balance due by Oct 31, 2008 after which 2% per month (24% per annum) service charge will apply on overdu accounts.
STORAGE INCLUDES:
- Remove boat from water, haul to storage yard
- Block at storage yard
- Return to water in spring
All rates include boat removal from water and transport to storage lot, blocking of boat, or boat on trailer, and return to water in spring. All clients selecting OUTSIDE (without shrink wrap) storage are solely responsible for: a) covering of the boat with a tarp or cover; b) removal of any snow build-up on tarps. (Port Perry Marine Service may apply a charge to remove snow and ice build-ups); c) keeping cover in decent shape; d) removal of tarp or cover in spring; e) installation of fenders and dock lines before spring launch.
WINTERIZING INCLUDES:
- Fuel conditioner in fuel tank(s)
- Start & run engine up to temp
- Change engine oil (includes new oil & filter) (4 stroke)
- Re-run engine, check for oil leaks (4 stroke)
- Fog engine(s) while running with Rust Preventative
- Drain engine block of water
- Flush cooling system with non-toxic anti-freeze IO and Inboard
- Reconnect all hose & drain plugs
- DRAIN LOWER UNIT OIL
- REFILL WIHT NEW OIL
- Remove prop, check for fishing line
- Grease shaft and replace prop
- Remove boat drain plug and attach to steering wheel
- Charge battery (stoarge boats only)
All clients must supply an ignition key set when boat is left for winterizing or a $15.00 charge will be applied to customers account. Customer must have a bettery in the boat for winterizing and/or spring start-up or an additional $15.00 charge will be applied.
SPRING START-UP:
OUTBOARDS
- Charge & test battery
- Check gear case fluid level
- Start engine to check system pumps water and confirm battery condition
- Dock slip customers only - replace drain plug - lake test boat and put in slip
I/O's
- Charge andtest battery
- Check all belts, hoses and drain taps
- Check oil levels in engine, power steering and out drive
- Start engine to check system pupms water and confirm battery condition
- Dock Slip Customers only - Replace drain plug - lake test boat and put in slip
Customer must have a battery in the boat for winterizing and/or spring start-up or an additional $15.00 charge will be applied. Please Note: If spring start up is not reuested the charging and installation of batteries along with the other items listed above become the responsibility of the boat owner.
U-JOINT SERVICE:
- Recommended every 2 years on I/O's
- Remove out drive
- Lubricate splines and u-joints
- Install new mounting seal and gasket
- Check engine alignment
- Re-install out drive
WATER SYSTEMS:
- COLD
- Drain cold-water tank
- Add non-toxic anti-freeze to tank
- Flush system with non-toxic anti-freeze
- Reconnect
HEAD WITH PUMP-OUT HEAD PRE-PUMPED
- Pump out waste holding tank - Same as above without pump out of holding tank
- Remove water from system and flush
with non-toxic anti-freeze
Cuxtomer must have a battery in the boat for winterizing and/or spring start-up or an additional $15.00 charge will be applied. Client must supply ignition key & cabin key set or an additional $15.00 charge will be applied.
