Dock Slips may be booked based on boat size ordesiredlocation. 

Boat size is the overall length Bow Pulpit and Swim Platform. 

Selecting by boat size will give you the most economical minimum Slip Cost for our boat. 

Selecting by Location may incurr extra costs. 

 All rates 24' - 40' include hydro, water, and private shower access May 15th through October 1.

P2A Slips to include Hydro for non crusiers only (i.e. Bass Boats).

Miscellaneous Fees

Book both your 2011 slip and 2011/2012 storage by December 1st 2010 with payments Dec. 15, Jan. 15, Feb 15, and Mar. 15th and receive a 10% discount by CHEQUE and an 8% discount by Credit Card.

BOOK YOUR 2011/2012 STORAGE and pay in full by Septmenber 30/11 receive a 5% Discount

• Slip rental fees are non-refundable.
• Slip rental period is from May-15th to October-1.
• Slip use after October-1 is at the discretion of the marina and will be subject to additional charges.
• Storage rental period is from October-1 to April-30.
• BBQing in the private dock areas is prohibited.
• No gas or fuel to be transported on docks, waste oil or gas must be removed and taken off marina property.
• Excessive noise, abusive insulting language or unruly behaviour is not permitted at any time and may result in eviction.
• Boat owners are responsible for the behaviour of all guests (family and friends). Selling or soliciting is prohibited on docks.
• No subletting is permitted. No private boat sales. All garbage must be placed in designated areas.
• Pets must be kept on a leash - Poop and Scoop policy is in effect.
• Alcoholic beverages permitted in boat slip areas only.
• Gate and washroom keys are available in the store with a $10.00 deposit each.
• See store personnel for the Marina's return policy. NO refunds of unused slip charges.

2010 DOCK SLIP REQUEST

1. Determine your seasonal slip fee from attached chart (boat length 1st). If you/ve upgraded to another pier that will determine your fee. Example: A 17-18ft boat normally on P3A should be paying $672.00. If you upgrade to P2, your slip fee would be $750.00.
   If a larger boat wants to be in a smaller slip, they would pay the minimum fee for their boat size. Example: A 19-20ft boat docked on P3 will pay $750.00.
2. Add in trailer storage if applicable
3. Calculate your 10% discount if paying in full or by installments  by CHEQUE/8% discount by credit card before December 15, 2010
4. **Book and pay for your 2011/2012 winter storage as well by Dec.15/10 and recieve 10% OR 8% discount on that also
5. Add H.S.T. at 13%
